Supports HR operations by generating compensation quotes, maintaining job descriptions, and processing personnel action forms in the HRIS. Ensures accurate updates for hires, promotions, transfers, certification pay, and earnings codes. Collaborates with recruiting, compensation, benefits, HR business partners, and payroll to maintain data integrity and compliance. Analyzes pay and HR data, supports equitable compensation structures, identifies trends, improves processes, and provides actionable insights while applying employment laws and HR best practices.

Supports, monitors, tests, installs, and optimizes healthcare applications across hospital and clinic departments. The role analyzes system changes, troubleshoots issues, maintains documentation, supports go-lives and downtime procedures, trains end users, analyzes data trends, and collaborates with healthcare staff, vendors, and consultants. It handles protected health information under HIPAA requirements, participates in projects and change management, and provides on-call application support.

Provides clinical support and direct patient care in an orthopedic physician office. Performs and documents assigned duties under physician supervision, assists with clinic operations, manages medical records and supplies, and supports efficient practice workflows. Candidates may qualify as Licensed Practical Nurses or Certified Medical Assistants. CPR certification is required; Virginia LPN licensure or CMA certification is required or preferred based on the selected role.
