Manage the event reporting and safety program, respond to safety events, facilitate debriefs and root cause analyses, analyze trends, support safety surveys, and collaborate across the organization to improve patient safety and quality.

Provide decentralized clinical pharmacy services across hospital units including ICU, ED, surgery, OB, nursery, and infusion center. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, verify prescriber orders, develop order sets and medication policies, evaluate medication use, educate staff, precept students, manage formulary, and participate on hospital committees. Provide onsite weekend coverage every fourth weekend.

The RN Residency program facilitates the transition from nursing student to professional nurse with support from preceptors and clinical educators, covering various specialties.
