Build and deploy production-grade AI agent systems that automate legal workflows. Responsibilities include developing Python-based agents, rapidly prototyping and evaluating product features, integrating customer and legal-team feedback, and creating AI-native workflows with streaming and long-running tasks. The role requires strong coding, LLM experience, scalable enterprise software skills, and an understanding of infrastructure systems such as databases and cloud storage.

Work directly with law firms to discover workflows, build AI proofs of concept, configure integrations, troubleshoot deployments, and drive go-live and user adoption. The role combines hands-on scripting and API work with client discovery, demonstrations, training, technical coordination, and product feedback. Candidates should communicate effectively with legal and technical stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and have 1–3 years of relevant technical experience. The position is in person in New York City.

Embed with law firms to understand workflows, build and deploy production-grade AI agent integrations, and own implementations end to end. Develop APIs, webhooks, adapters, SDKs, and internal tooling for systems including iManage, NetDocs, SharePoint, Outlook, and Word. Debug live production issues, improve observability, and convert deployment-specific solutions into scalable platform capabilities.
