Analyze customer and caregiver data to identify workflow improvements, build dashboards and visualizations, support Customer Success with QBRs and presentations, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and create scalable data processes while advising Product and Engineering.

Own post-go-live customer relationships for the Billing product, driving adoption, engagement, and renewals. Assess customer configurations and workflows, monitor health metrics, conduct strategic reviews, surface insights from customer data, identify upsell opportunities, advocate product needs internally, and represent the company at customer sites (travel up to 25%).

Build August Health's RevOps function: own HubSpot/CRM administration, pipeline forecasting and analytics, sales compensation design and administration, GTM tech stack evaluation, sales processes and playbooks, cross-functional revenue data hygiene, and reporting to sales leadership.
