Provides legal support for renewable energy and infrastructure projects across India and Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial, procurement, land, PPA, EPC, O&M, financing, and M&A agreements; supporting negotiations and due diligence; tracking contractual obligations; monitoring regulatory developments; conducting legal research; coordinating external counsel; and supporting ABC, sanctions, ESG, sustainability, and cross-border legal workstreams.

Owns the Philippines entity’s end-to-end finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping, month-end close, management reporting, tax and statutory compliance, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, project finance support, billing, collections, controls, and audit coordination. The role works independently while partnering with the Philippine Country Head, operations team, and Singapore-based finance leadership.
