The VP of FP&A leads revenue reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI development, and long-range planning. The role analyzes financial and operational performance, supports cost accounting and analytics, and partners with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to improve revenue, costs, and margins. Responsibilities include executive and board reporting, dashboard and presentation development, industry analysis, financial results consolidation, and ad hoc analytics.

Leads the pharmaceutical manufacturing site training program, ensuring employees and contractors are qualified, compliant, and inspection-ready. Oversees curricula, training records, LMS and eQMS administration, instructor standards, qualification pathways, effectiveness assessments, metrics, audits, vendors, budgets, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Engineering, EHS, Human Resources, and subject-matter experts. Manages and develops training personnel while supporting cGMP, regulatory, deviation, CAPA, and change-control requirements.

The Financial Controller leads accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, cash flow, treasury, compliance, audits, internal controls, and finance team development. The role also supports forecasting, pricing, cost accounting, ERP initiatives, financial systems integrity, and scalable accounting processes while partnering with manufacturing, R&D, operations, and commercial teams in a biotech manufacturing environment.
