Own and scale the company’s compliance, security, privacy, and IT programs. Manage SOC 2, ISO 27001 readiness, GDPR and EU AI Act processes, access controls, vendor assessments, audits, policies, remediation, IT asset lifecycle, equipment provisioning, and employee helpdesk support. Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure on cloud security, vulnerability management, backups, incident response, and system documentation.

Build and maintain versioned data ingestion and conflation pipelines that transform complex retail and spatial data into accurate, reliable insights. Responsibilities include entity resolution, golden-record creation, rules-based normalization, RegEx logic, LLM integration, schema evolution, and cost-effective scaling. The role emphasizes engineering rigor, high-fidelity outputs, and production-ready data for consumer dashboards.

Build and operate highly available GCP infrastructure for international engineering teams and customer deployments. Manage Kubernetes clusters, automate deployments, develop internal infrastructure tooling, and oversee monitoring, alerting, maintenance, and incident response. Establish async handoffs for continuous global coverage across EU, US, and APAC teams. The role also supports agentic AI and LLM workflows, with opportunities to work on data pipelines and stream-processing architectures.
