Own end-to-end product design for major areas of a B2B marketing technology platform. Translate complex adtech and martech concepts into intuitive workflows, dashboards, reporting views, and campaign tools. Lead research, prototyping, design-system development, and collaboration with Product and Engineering. Mentor designers, present decisions to stakeholders, and help shape product strategy and roadmap.

Own end-to-end product design for Audyence’s B2B advertising platform, translating complex targeting, campaign, attribution, and reporting workflows into intuitive experiences. Lead user research, create prototypes and production-ready UI in Figma, evolve the design system, partner with Product and Engineering, mentor designers, and influence roadmap strategy. The role requires on-site work in or relocation to Austin, Texas.

Own enterprise customer relationships from contract signature through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal support, expansion influence, and advocacy. Build the company’s first dedicated customer success function, including playbooks, engagement cadences, health monitoring, and value narratives. Analyze performance data proactively, identify risks and opportunities, demonstrate customer value, support champions, and collaborate with sales on commercial growth.
