Performs senior-level instrumentation and electrical engineering for complex projects, including specifications, calculations, design packages, vendor drawing reviews, equipment inspections, procurement support, cost and schedule estimates, and multidisciplinary project leadership. The role manages workload and client relationships, resolves design issues, supports quality and HSE standards, and provides technical guidance to colleagues.

Provides technical and quality support for field NDT and pipeline integrity activities. Responsibilities include guiding technicians and engineers, developing inspection procedures, auditing field data and reports, managing documentation, coordinating employee training and OQ assessments, tracking certifications, supporting estimates, and reporting quality performance to management. The role requires compliance with industry standards, NACE corrosion-control practices, regulatory requirements, and company HSE policies.

Lead electrical engineering design for medium-to-large projects: prepare specifications, calculations, vendor drawing reviews, site/vendor inspections, manage budgets/schedules, mentor staff, and serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge (PE). Ensure code compliance, HSSE adherence, and client interaction to develop repeat business.
