Coordinates project setup, reporting, financial controls, billing, procurement, schedules, deliverables, and administrative processes for facility integrity, NDE, API inspection, and field service projects at a refinery. Tracks budgets, labor, costs, forecasts, invoicing, accounts receivable, risks, and project documentation. Reviews field data, investigates discrepancies, supports project closeout, and coordinates across project managers and shared-service teams while following HSE requirements.

Supervise OT engineers and specialists delivering industrial networking, infrastructure, automation, and cybersecurity solutions. Lead project execution, staffing, technical quality, budgets, testing, commissioning, and client coordination. Provide hands-on oversight of industrial networks, Windows infrastructure, control systems, cybersecurity assessments, system hardening, and incident response planning. Mentor staff, support proposals and estimates, maintain OT standards, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements. Travel to client and offshore facilities may be required for implementation and troubleshooting.

Coordinates instrumentation and electrical projects from planning through startup across office and job-site locations. Responsibilities include reviewing scope, drawings, specifications, constructability, contractor bids and changes; supporting loop checks, testing, PSSR and pre-commissioning; coordinating disciplines and clients; tracking schedule and labor; and supervising field coordinators. The role also requires knowledge of electrical codes, hazardous-area classifications, field instrumentation, and DCS, PLC, and SIS control systems.
