Leads complex and large T&M or EPC projects from planning through completion, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, quality, risk, invoicing, profitability, and client relationships. Supervises project engineers, coordinators, and administrators; coordinates with engineering, procurement, quality, finance, and accounting teams; mentors staff; enforces project standards, management-of-change procedures, and HSE requirements.

Processes full-cycle payroll for construction employees, including wages, overtime, deductions, benefits, and time verification. Prepares certified payroll reports for prevailing wage and public works projects, maintains compliance documentation, resolves discrepancies, and supports audits. Collaborates with HR, accounting, and project teams while responding to employee payroll inquiries and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.

Provides onsite administrative and coordination support for nondestructive examination projects. Maintains timekeeping, equipment, personnel, travel, expense, and project records; prepares reports; reconciles documentation; coordinates missing information and mobilization logistics; protects confidential data; and communicates discrepancies or urgent needs. Requires strong organization, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite while following safety and security requirements.
