Customer-facing pre-sales role partnering with Sales to design, demonstrate, and deliver Voice AI and contact center solutions across APAC. Lead discovery, PoCs, workshops, solution design, and technical validation to drive enterprise adoption and ROI

Develop and manage strategic UK partner relationships across system integrators, service providers, resellers, and technology partners. Create joint business plans, enable partners to sell AudioCodes communications and AI solutions, identify partner-led opportunities, and accelerate deals. Collaborate with sales, technical, marketing, customer success, and product teams to build pipeline and revenue. Lead partner training, executive engagements, forecasting, CRM tracking, and business reviews while representing AudioCodes at customer and industry events.

Design and develop hardware boards end-to-end: create schematics, select components, guide PCB layout, perform board bring-up, debugging, testing, validation, and support production release while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
