Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding channel partners, creating enablement plans, identifying customer opportunities, coordinating presales and marketing activities, managing commercial discussions, progressing opportunities, and maintaining CRM records, forecasts, and account plans. The role requires enterprise selling experience in BFSI, solution architecture, POCs, demos, RFPs, and expertise in unified communications and cloud technologies.

Leads enterprise security strategy, governance, controls, monitoring, incident response, compliance, and secure software development across SaaS, cloud, managed-service, and customer-hosted environments. Partners with R&D, IT, Product, Services, Sales, and Compliance teams while managing customer audits, security escalations, due diligence, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Requires substantial cybersecurity leadership experience, cloud and application security expertise, and strong executive communication skills.

Partner with Sales to drive enterprise adoption of AudioCodes Voice AI and contact center solutions across APAC. Lead discovery, design tailored solutions, deliver demos, run PoCs and pilots, support proposals/RFPs, build ROI/TCO cases, and enable partners and internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
