Supports general ledger accounting, fixed asset management, inventory reconciliation, account and bank reconciliations, prepaid amortization, and month-end close activities. Prepares financial reports, assists with GAAP-compliant accounting, tax filings, audits, and business development fund calculations. The role also contributes to process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate reporting in a growing organization.

Leads Audigy’s Billing and Bookkeeping teams, overseeing revenue cycle, claims, payer requirements, bookkeeping accuracy, KPIs, staffing, coaching, and operational performance. Establishes standardized workflows, monitors financial and departmental results, drives continuous improvement, and partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve billing accuracy, reduce claim aging, strengthen follow-up, and deliver timely financial services.

Manages financial planning and strategy for assigned member practices, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, KPIs, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with business leaders to develop financial goals, monitor results against budgets, improve financial tools and processes, and provide actionable recommendations supporting business growth.
