Own full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies for assigned roles, build diverse candidate pipelines, analyze recruiting data, partner consultatively with hiring managers, manage requisitions and ATS data integrity, and deliver a personalized candidate experience. Advise stakeholders using market intelligence, compensation data, hiring feasibility insights, and talent trends while ensuring efficient, compliant recruitment workflows.

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders, creating design artifacts, managing design systems, and validating performance through usability testing.
