Design and build agentic AI-powered marketing infrastructure and automation. Architect integrations with CRM, ecommerce, and content systems, deploy production AI workflows, set technical standards, and partner cross-functionally to scale marketing operations and enable new capabilities.

Manage a portfolio of smaller partner accounts and support senior Account Managers with onboarding, training, order troubleshooting, accounts receivable follow-up, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. Develop account management skills and grow into larger account ownership.

Manage full inbound and outbound consultative sales cycle, optimize conversion strategies, analyze pipeline data, tailor messaging, and close deals. Identify process improvements, maintain CRM workflows, and read/obtain hearing tests for orders and account management.
