The Senior Finance Associate manages financial reporting, compliance, and control processes for Private Debt Funds, liaising with multiple teams and ensuring deadlines are met.

The Finance Associate is responsible for accounting, reporting, and administration for Audax Co-Invest, including cash monitoring, capital calls, investor communication, and quarterly reporting.

The Credit Analyst position involves underwriting and monitoring private credit investments, performing due diligence, and analyzing financial performance of companies while presenting findings to management.

Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Build declarative automation (Flows), integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware), and batch/asynchronous processes. Troubleshoot code and integrations, extend the InvestorFlow managed package, support onboarding of new business units, participate in QA and deployments, and produce technical documentation to improve platform performance and scalability.

Manage various functions within Private Debt Operations, coordinating trade closing processes, overseeing loan servicing, and ensuring compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with deal teams and prepare reports related to lending facilities.
