Own and optimize Audacy’s NetSuite OneWorld environment, including financial modules, integrations, workflows, customizations, permissions, compliance, data management, testing, and user support. Lead full-cycle enhancements and implementations, partner with Finance and technical teams, troubleshoot integrations and scripts, manage releases and sandbox environments, document procedures, and mentor junior administrators.

Produce the KILT-FM morning radio show by operating broadcast automation, recording and editing audio, supporting live talent, booking guests, managing the show calendar, and creating web, audio, video, and social media content. The role also includes producing on-location segments, representing the station at events, participating on air, and developing social media strategies for the station and show.

Processes multistate biweekly and semimonthly payroll for more than 500 employees, including union employees. Calculates overtime, PTO, and union contributions; prepares financial reports; resolves discrepancies; responds to employee inquiries; and maintains payroll and HRIS data in Workday. Provides customer service through Zendesk and other channels, manages supporting employment documents, partners with HR and Finance, and identifies process improvements while protecting confidential information.
