Owns marketing measurement across spend, acquisition, retention, revenue, and ROI. Leads funnel analytics, reporting, dashboards, data quality, attribution, experimentation, and tracking governance. Translates marketing data into recommendations for leadership, maintains analytics workflows and platforms, supports testing, and ensures consistent data across sources. Requires strong statistical, machine learning, SQL, and marketing measurement expertise, with experience using analytics, CRM, advertising, dashboarding, and cloud data tools.

Supports assigned customer accounts by following SOPs, building shipments in the TMS, entering appointments, monitoring deliveries and pickups, responding to customer communications, coordinating collections and carrier sales, and covering accounts when teammates are unavailable. The role requires strong organization, communication, proactive issue resolution, and availability for urgent after-hours customer needs in a hybrid work environment.

Provides customer service and technical support for shipping software users across phone, messaging, and email. Troubleshoots account, connectivity, printer, installation, configuration, and software issues; maintains product expertise; meets customer satisfaction and performance metrics; documents interactions; and communicates customer feedback and trends to leadership.
