Cleans and prepares hotel public areas, empties trash, stocks supplies, delivers items to guest rooms, reports maintenance issues, performs deep cleaning, and assists with guest-room cleaning and maintenance. The role supports guest satisfaction, completes required brand training, protects confidential information, and performs other assigned duties.

Supports hotel sales through proposals, client follow-ups, group bookings, site visits, sales reporting, and revenue tracking. Coordinates sales information across hotel departments and maintains client relationships. Supervises front desk staff, assists with guest service, resolves reservation and billing issues, supports check-in and check-out procedures, reviews shift operations, and helps train team members. The role combines sales coordination, front office supervision, and broader hotel operational support.
