Communicate with clients, court staff, and local counsel while supporting attorneys in a collaborative creditors’ rights practice. The role is in-office in Atlanta and includes training and professional development.

Provides post-judgment legal support by managing high-volume case files, reviewing court documents, maintaining records, communicating with clients and court personnel, supporting up to five attorneys, preparing for hearings, and tracking cases through completion. The role requires experience with legal support or paralegal work, garnishment and domestication filings, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
