Also serves as Executive Team Chief of Staff, supporting the CEO and executive committee with meeting coordination, decision follow-up, communications, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

Lead and scale QA for a clinical-stage biotech, overseeing CDMO/CRO vendor qualification, audits, Quality Agreements, batch release review, QMS development, and GxP oversight across manufacturing, clinical, and nonclinical activities to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Lead external financial reporting and SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K/proxy), ensure US GAAP and SEC compliance, manage technical accounting, oversee tax and SOX compliance, coordinate audits and outsourced internal audit, manage equity accounting and stock administration, partner with CFO and Investor Relations, and support related governance and ad-hoc finance projects.
