Owns dielectric waveguide semiconductor process development from material selection through foundry transfer. Develops and optimizes high-aspect-ratio etch processes, characterizes surface damage, establishes metrology, and supports process qualification and yield improvement. Evaluates and manages foundry partnerships, defines specifications and acceptance criteria, leads corrective actions, and applies DOE, SPC, FMEA, and root-cause analysis. Requires extensive hands-on silicon fabrication and deep semiconductor etching expertise.

Leads AttoTude’s marketing communications strategy, brand positioning, content development, digital communications, public relations, industry events, and executive communications. Translates complex semiconductor and AI infrastructure technologies into compelling narratives for technical and business audiences. Manages a small marketing team, agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional programs while building industry visibility and supporting commercialization, partnerships, and business growth.

Lead hardware productization from prototype through volume production. Drive final design decisions, design-for-manufacturability and reliability, qualification, failure analysis, customer evaluation readiness, and manufacturing ramp with contract manufacturers and suppliers. Build and mentor the productization team, establish NPI processes, manage tradeoffs across performance, cost, reliability, and schedule, and translate customer feedback into product decisions.
