The Business Development Analyst will manage communications with coffee providers, conduct market research, build relationships, and assist with logistics and marketing materials.

The Coffee Trader will develop relationships with coffee roasters, identify business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage green coffee quality control: receive, document and roast samples; run cuppings and sensory/lab evaluations; maintain sample database and inventory; prepare and ship samples; communicate results to sourcing and sales; develop QC processes and train team members.
