Manage plant HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, attendance, payroll coordination, contract labor, statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance handling, HR reporting, and workforce planning. The role coordinates with plant operations, manpower vendors, finance, payroll, security, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate records, compliance documentation, and HR dashboards.

Leads business development for EPR compliance solutions across e-waste, battery waste, and non-ferrous metals. Acquires enterprise clients, manages PIBO, OEM, and corporate relationships, drives revenue, negotiates contracts, monitors regulations and market trends, and represents the company in industry forums. The role also coordinates cross-functional execution, advises clients on EPR compliance, and mentors the business development team.

Implement and support ERP and software systems across plant or warehouse operations. Maintain Excel data, trackers, and MIS reports; consolidate information from multiple sources; identify data errors; maintain annotation records; and complete reporting tasks accurately within deadlines while coordinating with Technology or Product teams.
