Gather, validate, document, and trace business and technical requirements for DHS CISA modernization and sustainment initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder interviews and reviews, define workflows, use cases, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria, and maintain requirements baselines and repositories. Support system assessments, change impact analysis, backlog refinement, testing, governance documentation, modernization roadmaps, and acceptance validation while documenting cloud infrastructure, interfaces, data flows, risks, and dependencies.
