Lead organizational change initiatives for technology implementations using structured methodologies (including Prosci). Develop and execute communications, training, sponsor and manager plans, assess impacts, manage resistance and stakeholders, coach leaders and teams, create training materials, integrate change into project plans, define success metrics, and track change progress across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit clients.

The role involves guiding ERP and HCM transformation projects, conducting assessments, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and supporting practice growth.
