Own and grow a portfolio of complex medium-business Platinum accounts through consultative, quota-bearing outside sales. Balance account maintenance and service coordination with prospecting and pipeline creation. Collaborate with sales engineers, partners, and cross-functional teams to design technical solutions (wired, mobility, connectivity), manage forecast and CRM accuracy, and protect customer relationships while competing to drive retention and revenue expansion.

Acquire new small and mid-market business within an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, door-knocking, and appointments. Manage full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff. Maintain CRM (Salesforce), build pipeline, meet quota, and represent AT&T solutions across wireless, fiber, internet, voice, SDN and cybersecurity.

Design and productionize GenAI and applied machine learning solutions for telecommunications network automation, anomaly detection, forecasting, and root-cause analysis. Build RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, tool-calling frameworks, evaluation systems, guardrails, and automated triage services. Apply 4G/5G Core and IMS expertise to interpret network telemetry and improve troubleshooting. Partner with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams while continuously improving models and agents through operational feedback.
