Supervise front-of-house operations during performances and events. Welcome guests, address ADA needs, monitor patron flow and safety, coordinate volunteer ushers, relay issues to the house manager, complete event reports, and ensure sections are cleared and equipment returned. The role requires professionalism, strong customer service, organization, independent judgment, and flexibility for part-time evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

Lead front-of-house operations for performances, events, and rentals; manage patron experience, ADA accommodations, volunteer recruitment/training/scheduling, incident response, and cross-department coordination. Oversee lobby readiness, payroll/record-keeping, post-event reporting, and serve as on-site point of contact for resident companies and emergencies. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
