Develop and manage requirements, architectures, CONOPS, trade studies, system designs, network designs, test plans, and engineering documentation for large-scale integrated defense systems. Integrate radar, EO/IR sensors, C2 software, communications, and secure networks. Conduct modeling, risk analysis, verification, testing, troubleshooting, technical reviews, proposal support, and customer or partner coordination across domestic and international programs.

Leads a portfolio of 8–15 defense and homeland security programs, overseeing PMO governance, program managers, delivery performance, risk, quality, cost, schedule, and portfolio P&L. Builds customer and partner relationships, supports business development and capture activities, and drives contract growth, sustainment, profitability, and operational efficiency. Partners with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver complex C5ISR and mission-critical security solutions.

Creates and maintains 2D engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, bills of material, drawing packages, and technical documentation. Incorporates engineering changes, manages revisions and configuration data in PDM systems, checks drawings for accuracy and drafting-standard compliance, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams. Supports prototype builds, production transitions, corrective actions, and technical data package activities for aerospace and defense systems.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams and manages engineering projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include technical direction, resource allocation, budgets, risk management, process improvement, performance management, and communication with customers and senior stakeholders. The role requires extensive engineering and leadership experience, C5ISR and sensor expertise, familiarity with government contracts and regulatory standards, and approximately 10% travel.

Lead end-to-end C5ISR defense programs from capture through sustainment and closeout. Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, risk, contracts, financial performance, resources, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate engineering, integration, testing, deployment, suppliers, subcontractors, and government customers. Serve as the primary customer interface and oversee program reviews, compliance, acquisition requirements, and mitigation strategies across U.S. and international defense programs.

Develops and manages integrated master schedules across program lifecycles, including baselines, resource loading, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, risk analysis, and schedule reporting. Coordinates planning, capacity, personnel, and resource management while monitoring execution and corrective actions. Supports CDRL deliverables, schedule health assessments, customer on-time delivery, and management briefings using Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Deltek Costpoint.

Provides administrative, operational, and program support to the Engineering Department. Coordinates meetings, schedules, action items, documentation, engineering changes, deliverables, reports, proposals, procurement, budgets, and departmental trackers. The role maintains accurate records, supports cross-functional communication, assists Program Managers, and helps resolve coordination issues and improve engineering processes.

Leads operations for an advanced technology facility, driving scalable processes, performance metrics, compliance, delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-functional execution. Partners with engineering, program management, suppliers, customers, government agencies, and senior leadership on budgets, schedules, audits, workforce leadership, and corrective actions. Oversees diverse manufacturing and fabrication activities supporting C4ISR and air delivery systems.

Provides internal IT support for users, systems, infrastructure, and networks in a DoD-focused government contracting environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, server and workstation administration, Active Directory account management, onboarding and offboarding, asset tracking, cybersecurity tool support, compliance with NIST, DFARS, and CMMC requirements, audit preparation, vendor coordination, and business continuity planning.

Leads architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and technical strategy for C5ISR border surveillance and Counter-UAS solutions. Translates mission requirements into resilient hardware and software systems integrating sensors, communications, AI/ML, cybersecurity, networking, edge computing, and command-and-control. Directs systems engineering and field deployment, resolves complex technical issues, supports customer engagements and proposals, and drives technology innovation across defense and surveillance products.
