Provides strategic and operational leadership for cross-functional biopharmaceutical development programs from early development through clinical and regulatory milestones. Owns integrated plans, governance, risk management, resource and budget recommendations, executive communications, and decision-making. Partners across research, clinical, regulatory, CMC, technical operations, finance, and executive leadership. Builds effective teams, mentors program managers, drives operational rigor, and supports RNA therapeutic programs in a matrixed biotech environment.

Conducts hands-on design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates for RNA therapeutics. Develops conjugation, purification, linker, and analytical methods; supports CDMO technology transfer and process optimization. Collaborates with discovery, analytical, biology, and development teams to advance candidates toward IND-enabling studies. Maintains laboratory instruments, records compliant ELN data, reviews scientific literature, troubleshoots experiments, and presents findings to project teams.

Manage end-to-end clinical trial material supply and logistics for biopharmaceutical programs. Responsibilities include supply forecasting, IRT/RTSM oversight, packaging and labeling, depot and vendor management, distribution, cold-chain shipping, import/export compliance, and temperature excursion investigations. The role coordinates with clinical, quality, regulatory, technical operations, CMOs, CROs, and logistics partners to ensure compliant, uninterrupted drug supply and inspection-ready documentation.
