Lead billing, accounts receivable, and collections for a skilled nursing facility. Supervise billing staff, ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance, manage census tracking, insurance verification, Medicaid applications, resident trust accounting, and optionally oversee accounts payable and payroll tasks.

Provide clinical leadership supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure quality long-term care. Oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, enforce policies, participate in admissions and management meetings, assume DON duties when absent, provide on-call emergency coverage, and manage department goals and team development.

Manage RAI/Medicare processes and timely, accurate MDS/PPS assessments. Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, monitor documentation to support MDS coding, assist DON with significant change identification, report audit trends to Quality Assurance, and ensure RAI process completion and regulatory compliance.
