Leads hotel sales and event teams, drives group revenue through prospecting and client negotiations, contributes to pricing and inventory strategy, oversees property marketing, manages sales budgets and forecasts, and builds enterprise and community partnerships. Requires extensive hotel sales leadership, market-segment experience, sales-system proficiency, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Oversee hotel front desk operations, process guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve guest issues, support and train team members, distribute event sheets, assist with business center needs, and maintain a guest-ready lobby. The role requires customer service skills, basic technology proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Supervise hotel maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment systems. Plan preventive maintenance, inspect guest rooms and equipment, identify repairs, manage tools and supplies, support scheduling and vendor proposals, and perform hands-on repairs. Coach maintenance associates, provide technical leadership, and ensure work aligns with company values and operational standards.
