Lead the hotel's sales and marketing team to drive group and transient revenue, manage pricing strategy with revenue management, oversee marketing across channels, provide financial oversight (budgeting/forecasting), build client relationships, and serve as primary liaison with enterprise sales and the local community.

Greet and assist guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations and payments, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain front desk area, coordinate with hotel staff, and address guest requests or issues promptly.

Supervise and maintain hotel building systems (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical), perform preventive maintenance and inspections, schedule and support maintenance projects, ensure team has tools and supplies, and track maintenance using computer systems.
