Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care for joint replacement patients using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, teaching, and evaluation. Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, communicate across care teams, participate in shared governance and professional development, act as patient advocate, and support care management and documentation standards.

Provide perioperative nursing care on the OR CT team using the nursing process; ensure accurate electronic documentation, patient safety, cost containment, effective communication with team/patients/families, maintain certifications, and pursue professional growth.

Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process. Coordinate and lead care teams, ensure patient safety and privacy, communicate across disciplines, advocate for patients, perform point-of-care testing, participate in shared governance and professional development, and maintain required licensure and certifications.
