Provide patient- and family-centered care in a Neuro ICU using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, coordinate, educate, and evaluate. Maintain therapeutic, safe environment, participate in shared governance, and advocate for patients while meeting competency and documentation standards.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the Pediatric Operating Room using the nursing process. Ensure accurate computerized documentation, cost containment, effective communication with team/families, patient safety, and professional growth. Maintain required licensure/certification and meet OR competency requirements.

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across the lifespan; collaborate with multidisciplinary team, initiate referrals, document responses, maintain competencies (BCLS, point-of-care testing), and complete required continuing education.
