Directs resident services in an assisted living community by supervising and scheduling staff, managing medications, conducting resident assessments, creating service plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing budgets and quality reviews, and coordinating staff training. Provides or supports direct resident care, maintains relationships with families and physicians, and partners with clinical leadership on care matters. Requires a licensed nurse, healthcare management experience, CPR certification, medication training, and a valid driver's license.

The role also trains staff, manages the marketing budget, forecasts move-ins, and ensures smooth customer handoffs for assessments and leasing.
