Provides administrative, reception, student check-in, testing, records, and facility support at a flight school test center. Responsibilities include preparing student materials and badges, maintaining databases and records, proctoring exams, securing testing materials, managing supplies, receiving deliveries, and addressing facility or student concerns. Requires strong customer service, computer proficiency, and a high school education; aviation and scheduling experience are preferred. No travel is required.

Provides accounting and administrative support, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, expense reports, refunds, record maintenance, and resolving vendor or staff inquiries. The role researches discrepancies, makes collection calls, maintains accounting records, and supports general ledger processes across the company’s training center network.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for Aviation Maintenance Technicians and administrative staff. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, extending offers, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate ATS records. Requires corporate recruiting experience and proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and preferably JSFirm.
