The Office Coordinator will manage daily office operations, coordinate events, oversee supplies and maintenance, and greet visitors, ensuring a seamless office experience.

Own sourcing and material planning for semiconductor fab production: supplier negotiation, MRP/ERP execution, shortage recovery, make-vs-buy analysis, supplier qualification, PO management, inbound logistics, tariff/customs, tooling for manufacturing software, revision control, and supplier performance scoring.

Design and fabricate CMOS test structures and probe cards, run electrical characterization and parameter extraction (e.g., BSIM), build and maintain test automation and instrumentation, analyze data to inform process improvements, and document results while collaborating with process, test, and design engineers.
