Build and own backend services that move money across global markets. Design distributed systems and REST/gRPC APIs in Go, make architectural decisions, and work with Kubernetes, AWS, Temporal, PostgreSQL, and Kinesis. Projects include instant funding, international settlement, stablecoin-funded brokerage infrastructure, and scaling microservices across custody, trading, and portfolio management. The role requires autonomy, strong engineering fundamentals, reliable production delivery, and collaboration with operations, compliance, and legal teams.

Oversee brokerage operations for inter-dealer market making, trading, margin lending, and financing. Review and approve trading and margin activity, supervise registered operations, maintain supervisory procedures, monitor PnL and risk limits, issue and verify margin calls, manage collateral haircuts, enforce day-trading rules, resolve escalations, and strengthen the supervisory framework as the firm expands.

Process corporate actions including mergers, spinoffs, distributions, tenders, and reorganizations. Support self-clearing, clearance, settlement, asset servicing, position reconciliation, and ledger booking. Investigate data quality and booking issues while partnering with engineering, product, and compliance to establish accurate operational processes and controls.
