Teams at Atomic Financial

Partners with Account Executives to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, expand stakeholder relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and coordinate account execution. Owns MBR/QBR preparation, customer-ready materials, action tracking, CRM data, account plans, internal alignment, and customer intelligence across existing and prospective accounts.

Serve as the technical liaison between customers and engineering teams. Guide customer development teams through onboarding, product demonstrations, implementation architecture, troubleshooting, and feature requests. Provide technical support, debug integrations, recommend solutions, create documentation, manage escalations, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering. The role requires software development or technical support experience, programming knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Leads the post-sale customer lifecycle, including implementation, support, customer health, escalations, and operational performance. Builds support and implementation functions, owns onboarding through production launch, monitors integrations, partners with Engineering on incidents, and develops customer operations teams and metrics. Uses AI and workflow automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience while informing Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and executive leadership.
