Leads the post-sale customer lifecycle, including implementation, support, customer health, escalations, and operational performance. Builds support and implementation functions, owns onboarding through production launch, monitors integrations, partners with Engineering on incidents, and develops customer operations teams and metrics. Uses AI and workflow automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience while informing Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and executive leadership.

Owns the ongoing technical success of reseller and financial institution accounts. Coordinates customers and internal teams, manages technical work, tracks risks and timelines, leads status calls, escalates issues, and creates enablement materials. Identifies recurring integration and support problems and converts them into scalable process, documentation, and product improvements. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and technical curiosity.

Build and maintain automation and API integration solutions using Node.js and TypeScript. Reverse-engineer web APIs, handle bot-detection mitigation, implement scalable data extraction, own SDLC including QA and deployments, and collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready features.
