Manage payroll, accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and overhead cost monitoring. Partner with People Operations and business teams on payroll and cost-related matters, support transactional finance with an offshore team, and contribute to FP&A, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Lead Atomi’s finance function on a 12-month contract, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, investor reporting, accounting close, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, treasury, controls, and financial policies. The role manages two direct reports, supports strategic decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and identifies opportunities to use AI and automation. The successful candidate will partner across the business, coach the finance team, and provide commercial insight in a high-growth technology environment.

Drive growth within existing school accounts by generating leads, expanding relationships, conducting product demos, collaborating with Customer Success, managing pipeline, exceeding sales targets, negotiating pricing, closing expansion deals, and sharing market insights with internal teams. The role requires SaaS or technology sales experience, strong prospecting and communication skills, account expansion expertise, and a growth mindset.
