Own end-user IT support across company offices, including onboarding, offboarding, hardware provisioning, inventory, access control, helpdesk escalation, SLA adherence, troubleshooting, security policy enforcement, and knowledge-base development. Support MacOS, Windows, and Ubuntu endpoints while administering Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, SaaS, and cloud services. Build automated workflows and self-service resources for a highly technical workforce.

Develop and optimize fault-tolerance schemes for neutral-atom quantum computers, including atom-movement strategies, decoders, quantum simulation tools, and classical compute layers. Implement error correction on quantum hardware while collaborating with experimental physicists, hardware engineers, software developers, and control systems teams. The role requires translating theoretical concepts into practical demonstrations and contributing to quantum-computing architecture and strategy.

Lead a hardware engineering team developing quantum control-system hardware from PCB design through fabrication, assembly, bring-up, testing, and instrument integration. Manage PCB fabrication and contract assembly vendors, including quotes, schedules, quality, and delivery. Oversee manufacturability reviews, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and subsystem roadmaps while partnering with quantum physicists, optical engineers, and hardware teams.
