Lead Atom Computing’s integrated photonics program, owning its strategy, platform decisions, and PIC development roadmap. Direct photonic circuit design, fabrication, testing, packaging, and integration into quantum computers. Build and manage an internal photonics team, establish technical capabilities, oversee foundry and supplier partnerships, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide multi-party programs. The role requires recognized expertise in integrated photonics, team leadership, technical judgment, and extensive post-PhD experience.

Designs, deploys, and maintains on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure supporting research and corporate systems. Responsibilities include MDM, SSO, IAM, provisioning, patching, operating system and hardware management, monitoring, backups, DNS, DHCP, security updates, ticket support, and infrastructure performance optimization. The engineer collaborates with DevOps, control systems, physicists, developers, and other teams while managing multiple technical projects.

Leads functional verification for quantum-computing ASICs from block through chip and silicon bring-up. Owns verification plans, schedules, test development, regressions, coverage, post-layout gate-level simulation, DFT verification, timing debug, and tapeout signoff. Develops Python and SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, mentors engineers, directs contractors, resolves cross-functional issues, and supports hardware validation and lab debugging.
