Manage onsite office operations in Nashville including visitor reception, phone routing, mail and supplies, conference room scheduling, event coordination, vendor communication, badge maintenance, safety and site documentation, and administrative support for executive leadership and the admin team.

Lead CX program management and cross-functional accountability to improve customer outcomes. Own VOC/NPS programs, synthesize feedback into action, design journey maps, run governance and review cadences, build internal CX education and culture, and develop dashboards and analytics to drive improvements and loyalty.

Manage assigned customer accounts through the full order life cycle: set-up, entry/modification, claims processing, export/shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. Act as single point of contact for customers, plants and partners; resolve complex inquiries, maintain records, prepare reports, meet SLAs, and lead process improvements.
