The Client Executive will drive Azure Operations Services sales, develop relationships, manage sales cycles, and optimize client value in the LATAM market.

Design, deploy, administer, automate, and troubleshoot complex Azure cloud infrastructures and managed services. Lead cloud environment implementations, migrations, monitoring, and service transitions while advising clients and developing operational runbooks. Collaborate with customers, define telemetry, improve delivery quality, document configurations, support escalations, and contribute to custom cloud services. The role also includes mentoring teammates and applying security, compliance, change management, Agile, and ITIL practices.

Build and evolve user interfaces for internal tools, primarily using React or similar front-end technologies. Take increasing ownership of Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, and deployment processes. Improve Python-based automation, reporting consistency, usability, and operational robustness while collaborating with engineering and client-facing teams.
