Evaluates and optimizes Azure environments for managed services customers. Leads Well-Architected Reviews, identifies risks and modernization opportunities, develops cost and operational improvement recommendations, and translates requirements into practical solutions. The role involves customer-facing architecture discussions, solution planning, governance, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to automation and AI-enabled assessment workflows.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting and cloud transformation projects. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and client communications. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos while ensuring timely delivery, visibility, and client satisfaction. The role requires professional English and Spanish proficiency, extensive project leadership experience, and occasional travel to client sites.

The Client Executive will drive Azure Operations Services sales, develop relationships, manage sales cycles, and optimize client value in the LATAM market.
