Sources, screens, interviews, and manages candidates for multilingual BPO positions across Europe. The consultant manages vacancies, presents shortlisted candidates, maintains candidate engagement, builds international talent networks, identifies sourcing opportunities, and tracks placement performance. This fully remote, entrepreneurial role offers commission-based earnings, potential fixed monthly compensation, bonuses, and opportunities to develop an independent recruitment business.

Provide Portuguese-language customer support for a global brand through phone, chat, and email. Resolve customer issues, maintain positive interactions, follow brand quality standards, document customer contacts, and collaborate with the team to improve service. The role requires fluent Portuguese, at least B2 English, computer proficiency, multitasking, shift availability, and authorization to work in Greece. Relocation support and benefits are included.

Supports the full recruitment cycle by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, publishing job advertisements, maintaining recruitment records, submitting qualified candidates to clients, and coordinating communication with candidates and clients. The role also provides general recruitment administration and supports hiring targets in a multicultural office environment.
