Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates for multilingual BPO roles across Europe. Build candidate networks, present qualified applicants, maintain candidate communication, identify new sourcing opportunities, and independently manage vacancies and recruitment performance. The role is fully remote, entrepreneurial, commission-based, and requires fluent French and English, strong communication skills, and familiarity with digital recruitment channels.

Provide Portuguese-language customer support by phone, chat, and email. Resolve customer issues, follow brand quality standards, document interactions in relevant systems, and collaborate with teammates to improve service. The role requires fluent Portuguese, B2 English, computer proficiency, multitasking, shift availability, and authorization to work in Greece. Relocation support and benefits are provided.
