Responsibilities include architecture and design, hands-on development, code reviews, technical documentation, proof-of-concepts, third-party integrations, debugging, technical support, and security and compliance implementation. The role collaborates with product owners and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Manage multi-country APAC payroll operations, with a focus on India, by coordinating payroll partners, validating data, processing adjustments and terminations, supporting reconciliations, and resolving employee inquiries. The role partners with HR, Finance, and vendors; maintains payroll dashboards; supports audits and reporting; and contributes to vendor consolidation, payroll harmonization, process improvements, and system enhancements.
