Leads international accounting and tax compliance across global subsidiaries. Oversees financial close, statutory reporting, consolidations, audits, tax filings, transfer pricing, internal controls, and local compliance. Manages external advisors and a globally distributed accounting team while partnering with Legal, Treasury, Payroll, FP&A, and HR. Provides technical accounting guidance and supports international tax planning.

Manage end-to-end client implementation and onboarding for high-value global workforce clients. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, process customization, change management, risk resolution, documentation, quality control, training, and post-implementation adoption. The role requires managing enterprise client relationships, aligning internal teams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are met, and delivering a positive client experience across onboarding and offboarding processes.
