Lead end-to-end payroll operations across APAC, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. Manage vendor performance, compliance, KPIs, and remediation plans. Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Shared Services, and customers to resolve complex payroll issues and support audits and governance.
