Perform manual functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and post-deployment testing for web applications and related systems. Develop test plans, cases, checklists, and documentation; identify, prioritize, and track defects; validate releases; assess risks; and communicate testing status. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle while improving QA processes and identifying opportunities for test automation.

Supports early-career technical talent through daily coaching, ticket-queue guidance, performance feedback, training, and readiness evaluations. Reviews technical work, manages escalations as learning opportunities, identifies recurring skill gaps, and develops documentation and learning resources. Partners with Talent Development leadership to improve internship frameworks and create repeatable onboarding and development practices for engineers.

Provides remote and onsite IT support across client environments, managing tickets, troubleshooting Windows and workplace technology, administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, virtualization, and security tools. The role documents solutions, follows change-control and security standards, escalates complex issues, communicates with users and technical teams, and supports onsite infrastructure projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
