Provides advanced remote IT support, systems administration, infrastructure troubleshooting, and technical escalation across client environments. Administers Microsoft 365, Windows Server, identity systems, Azure, networking, virtualization, endpoint management, and cybersecurity technologies. Mentors junior engineers, resolves complex tickets, maintains documentation and change controls, supports infrastructure initiatives, and evaluates emerging technologies. The role requires remote availability during West Coast Pacific Time business hours and effective communication in a managed services environment.

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex web-based and B2B products. Conduct research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing; create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and design systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and developers, provide implementation documentation and handoffs, review delivered designs, improve accessibility and usability, and support continuous product and workflow improvement.

Leads technical onboarding and infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and technology transformation projects for clients. Assesses environments, designs and implements secure solutions, develops technical plans, manages risks, troubleshoots complex issues, and communicates with stakeholders. The role also provides technical escalation support, mentors engineers, improves implementation efficiency through automation and documentation, and delivers client-facing guidance across project lifecycles.
