Provide on-site IT support and systems administration for hedge fund clients: handle tickets, support Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, manage endpoint security, follow change control, maintain documentation, and assist with virtualization and networking.

Paid internship supporting Infrastructure Project Managers with planning and delivery of IT deployments (office buildouts, AV, cabling, hardware procurement). Track schedules, vendor coordination, documentation (IP sheets, equipment trackers, Confluence), attend client/vendor calls, assist onsite for installs and audits, and support procurement and logistics. Pipeline to full-time Project Management roles.

Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor conducting technical discovery and comprehensive technology assessments across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint management, networking, and security. Develop actionable recommendations and roadmaps, support pre-sales, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, document findings, and participate in remote and onsite engagements to improve clients' reliability, security, and operational maturity.
