Support origination, structuring, execution, and surveillance of secured lending facilities for ABS and structured credit. Perform credit underwriting, modeling, borrowing base review, ratings analysis, documentation review, portfolio monitoring, amendments/waivers, and cross-functional coordination. Enhance reporting, dashboards, and workflows while supporting client pitches and risk committee materials.

Lead underwriting, structuring, execution and portfolio management of secured lending facilities (ABS focus). Perform credit analysis, ratings assessment, borrowing base modeling in Excel, documentation review, covenant tracking, and amendments. Prepare pitches, investment memos, and committee materials; manage client relationships and supervise Associates/Analysts. Collaborate with Originations, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Finance and Technology to ensure controls, surveillance, and workflow improvements.

Provide legal counsel for private fund structuring, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance while collaborating with risk and compliance teams.
