Oversee the construction, commissioning, startup, operation, and maintenance of a long overland conveyor system. Lead engineering coordination, maintenance and operations department development, contractor and vendor management, permitting, budgets, schedules, risk, regulatory compliance, equipment installation, reliability improvements, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires extensive conveyor operations and maintenance experience, leadership of equipment maintenance crews, engineering design oversight, procurement knowledge, and condition monitoring expertise.

Directs operations, maintenance, safety, infrastructure, and strategic development for the Dune Express overland conveyor system. Leads engineers, technicians, and operators; manages preventive maintenance, emergency response, vendors, contractors, budgets, schedules, compliance, system upgrades, and continuous improvement. Oversees site infrastructure, commissioning, equipment uptime, and operational performance while providing updates to executive stakeholders.

Leads enterprise talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee listening, employee experience, and leadership development programs. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify talent needs, strengthen leadership capabilities, improve engagement and retention, and build scalable people processes. Manages surveys, talent reviews, development programs, vendors, communications, HR technology, dashboards, KPIs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across a growing, multi-site organization.
