Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Cincinnati-West office: manage scheduling, phone and mail, file and scan tax returns, maintain filing and inventory, process client payments, generate reports, and assist Managers/Partners with project assignment and tracking.

Serve as lead tax advisor for client relationships, prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, manage projects and team members, provide tax and estate planning, support accounting tasks, mentor staff, and contribute to advisory services and firm initiatives.

Provide tax preparation and compliance for individuals and entities, perform general bookkeeping and account reconciliations, process payroll, maintain client files, use QuickBooks/CCH/Microsoft Office, support audits and special projects, and work under guidance of managers and CPAs in a collaborative public accounting environment.
