The Senior Tax Associate will prepare tax compliance reports, manage individual and entity tax returns, reconcile accounts, assist in audits, and ensure confidentiality while delivering exceptional client service.

Lead and support audit engagements through planning, fieldwork, and reporting. Test internal controls, prepare and review audit workpapers, analyze financial processes for compliance, communicate with clients, and collaborate with engagement teams to ensure accurate, standards-compliant audit deliverables.

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and entities; support compliance reporting, general ledger reconciliations, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and audit support. Use QuickBooks, CCH, and Microsoft Office to maintain client files, ensure timely completion of work, and assist partners and managers on special projects.
