Supports company-wide IT operations across desktop services, enterprise systems, networks, directory services, cloud services, security monitoring, and application support. Resolves escalated helpdesk issues, monitors infrastructure performance, maintains ITIL documentation, and drives process improvement. Leads IT training programs, including onboarding, course development, knowledge retention measurement, and training progress tracking. Partners with healthcare staff and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and customer-focused IT services.

Provides high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite and executive leaders. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and expenses, preparing reports and correspondence, transcribing meeting minutes, screening calls and visitors, organizing board meetings, handling confidential information, and supporting executive communications and departmental projects.

Performs corporate and surgery-center accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, leases, payroll, allocations, and cash accounting. Prepares financial reporting packages, researches variances, supports audits, maintains accounting policies, and contributes to process improvements. Collaborates with facility leaders, payroll, treasury, and other departments while managing accounting inquiries and ad hoc projects independently.
