Manages and grows existing customer accounts while developing new business within an assigned territory. Sells aftermarket products and services for material handling equipment, including parts, maintenance agreements, repairs, batteries, tires, training, and fleet solutions. Builds customer relationships through regular visits, executes territory sales plans, meets retention and growth targets, maintains CRM records, follows up on service estimates, and coordinates customer needs with internal teams.

The Accounting Associate supports the New Equipment Sales Department by managing billing and invoicing, processing and reconciling vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, reconciling balance sheet accounts, calculating monthly sales commissions, and completing administrative duties. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Accounting or office experience and accounting or ERP software experience are preferred.
