Performs general administrative duties, including data entry, receptionist-style tasks, clerical support, and potentially basic technical support. The role is based out of Atlas Advisors’ Cincinnati office but is currently performed remotely.

Lead implementation and maintenance of the project Quality Management System, conduct audits and inspections, manage corrective actions, monitor contract performance and quality metrics, support customer audits, and drive continuous improvement for translation and interpretation service delivery.
