Leads translation and interpretation service contracts for an international customer. Manages customer engagement, staffing, scheduling, subcontractors, quality assurance, reporting, compliance, project plans, and contractual deliverables. Supervises operational and quality personnel, monitors performance, supports audits and corrective actions, and coordinates resources across geographically dispersed teams. The role is remote in Poland with periodic travel to customer locations and occasional support outside normal business hours.

Temporary remote Staff Accountant supporting the CFO with a project-based accounting cleanup. Responsibilities include historical general ledger and subledger reconciliations, researching discrepancies, entering and coding invoices and expenses, organizing audit trails, and preparing documentation. The role requires strong fundamental accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently through repetitive transactional backlogs. This 1099 contract guarantees 20 hours weekly, with potential expansion to 40 hours until the backlog is resolved.

Supports U.S. Army Europe and Africa intelligence operations through intelligence planning, military exercise support, all-source analysis, threat assessments, intelligence products, operational environment preparation, and senior leader briefings. Coordinates with U.S., Joint, NATO, and European theater organizations in a classified, on-site environment in Wiesbaden, Germany.
