Own portfolio performance, delinquency and loss analysis, credit limits, exposure strategy, underwriting policy evaluation, and credit measurement standards. Partner with engineering to assess model performance, identify gaps, design tests, monitor calibration and drift, and produce recurring credit reporting. Support fair lending testing, adverse action reason quality, and credit documentation while using SQL, Python, and BigQuery for analysis.

Own paid media acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other channels. Manage targeting, bidding, budgets, campaign launches, testing, optimization, and scaling against CAC and ROAS goals. Analyze funnel economics and campaign data, conduct competitive research, develop channel playbooks, collaborate with creative teams, and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.

Build and improve full-stack products across the frontend, backend, and data layers. Own fraud and underwriting systems, develop end-to-end features, collaborate with risk operations and support teams, and help set product and technology direction. The role also involves mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering culture and company growth. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring two days per week in the office.
