Lead development and execution of automated and manual testing across the data platform. Define testing strategy, create test cases from business requirements, validate data schemas and content, manage defect lifecycle, supervise testers, and ensure code correctness in UAT environments.

Leads consumer credit portfolio management strategy across the credit risk lifecycle. Evaluates portfolio performance, trends, profitability, and risk; recommends actions to executives and risk committees; develops portfolio tests, strategies, and risk models; and oversees SAS- and Tableau-driven reporting. Manages risk analysts and partners with marketing, operations, technology, finance, and other teams to optimize growth, asset quality, and profitability.
